As an MSP who gives access to the Netreo tool to our clients exposing the ability for them to Email Support, Open a Ticket & Call Netreo directly by clicking on the question mark in the upper right of the page is confusing. We would like to have the ability to still provide access the the knowledge base, but disable the other items.
