Don't require an AD user to log in before you can set their user partition

This adds additional steps in creating and providing customers their login information. Other monitoring tools we have used will import all the allowed users for management.

    Another option is to use the AD creds in Netreo to browse the AD Structure and add users ahead of time. It is critical so the user is not able to see devices that they should be restricted from.

    AD Groups could also be used to assign these partitions ahead of them logging in.
