Mass Device Deletion: Add drop-down options for Business Workflow and Functional group

Best practice in a multi-tenant environment was communicated to us to create a Business workflow for each customer. When you go to use the Bulk Device Deletion tool, the available filters are not very useful. Grouping options for Business Workflow and Functional Group would both make these tasks very efficient.
