Assignment of Monitoring Template to an Environment

Currently, there is only 1 default template that serves as a catch basin of newly added servers or those that haven't been assigned to a template. Other templates have to be manually populated with servers.

With this proposed feature, servers that belong to a specific environment will automatically apply a pre-defined template other than the default. This makes it easier to apply monitoring templates to dynamic environments where instances constantly change e.g. auto-scaling.
