Windows Service Agent running under custom user account (not Local System)

By default the Stackify health and monitoring agents run under the Local System account. If the agents were able to run normally under a custom user account it could improve network security as the permissions of the custom user account can be set to only what the agent needs to access. Furthermore, network permissions can be revoked easily in case the service would need to be isolated for some reason.
