Wireless APs should go through an immediate device rediscovery when added through a WLC

Upon device addition, devices go through an initial rediscovery to get settings and service checks applied from the associated templates. Wireless AP's added by WLC must wait until a scheduled or manual rediscovery to get these settings applied. They would be better managed if they would go through a rediscovery upon device addition.
