Add a 'recurring' option for configuration push (simple)

The ability to schedule these to reoccur like a maintenance window does would add a LOT of automation options and functionality to the tool

There are many use cases (checking for updates, clearing ports/counters, restarting services, etc) where a repeating SSH command would be super useful
