Ability to fetch/poll Custom Attributes from Velo Controller (Orchestrator)

Customer would like Netreo to fetch Custom Attributes from the Velo Orchestrator for each of the Velo Edge devices and build it's dynamic attributes based of these custom attributes from the orchestrator.

These Custom attributes in MSP environment contain information such as "Order Number", "Customer Number" etc. which is essential for Notification ticket creation.

So that the ticket (Notification) gets directed to the right team/customer.

In the response the field "custominfo" provides the device attributes; we should be able to configure in Netreo.
