Lowering the time interval of polling cycle.

In Netreo ,the normal time interval of polling is generally 5 minutes. The metrics values of CPU, memory, disk, etc will be an average value of the 5 minutes duration. From the customer standpoint, they might not notice any sharp spikes as the values averages out. Customer requirement is if the polling interval is reduced, they would see more information on the memory spikes and would be able to check it from the servers.
