Secure Vault for storing passwords, api keys, and other sensitive information.

Would like a place to store all passwords and keys that has its own password or is only openable by Superadmins. It should log when it is accessed and any details about the user/device that accessed it. We would then need to be able to reference these passwords and keys in templates and actions.

This would increase security around storing sensitive details in Netreo.
