Whether per user configurable, or dynamic based of the browser's time users of Netreo SaaS should be able to see timestamps in their chosen timezone.
One thing to consider is that a user may be remote but prefer to see timestamps in the timezone of where the SE is located. So I think an option to use the system preferences timezone setting OR per user options should be available.
