Currently, by navigating to Reports -> Executive -> Incident Overview, we can generate a report that will provide a summary of general statistics of incidents for the current month or the previous month.
It would be a good feature to have the ability to select custom date ranges on this report.
Additional filters would include the ability to filter by users. This would allow the report to show which users have acknowledged/commented on incidents within a time frame.
