After the maintenance window is over when the incident is created, in the device service state history it doesn't show the correct time when the incident was created. But it shows the incident linked to the time when the service check actually went down. This is experianced when the service check fails during the maintenance window and is in failed state until the maintenance window is over.
Requirement is the device service state history, it should show a separate timestamp when the incident got created for the device (after the window is over).
