Use "Site" as an attribute for Auto Config Rules

We have an option to specify a specific subnet to trigger on within our Auto Configuration Attributes. But more helpful will be to specify a Site that has been configured in Netreo. As the sites should already have the various subnets associated with it.

Devices should be assigned a site during device onbaording that happens before running through auto config rules so this in theory should be feasible.

Customer's with large environments have high use cases for this.
