Ability to enable encryption for the MYSQL poller

Currently, the MYSQL poller does not have encryption when communicating with the MYSQL database. This poses a security concern for the DB administrators.

It will be better secured to enable encryption for the MYSQL poller via the U.I. so that the traffic going back and forth to the database is secured.
