Capability to set timer on Acknowledged Incidents, so that they can auto de-acknowledge and send an alert on stale old incidents when the timer set value is crossed

Customer is looking to set a timer on how long an alert in OmniCenter system can be in an acknowledged state.

This ability is requested since they dont want an incident to sit in an acknowledged state forever without someone properly working on resolution of the problem and would the incident to re-alert after the fixed timer.
