Ability to set multiple SNMP version in template

Would like the ability to supply both SNMPv2 and SNMPv3 credentials in a single template.

The thought is that the system would first try the v2 if it did not get a response it would then try the v3.

Use case: In a scenario where an organization is updating the SNMP version from 2 to 3, having this ability would make it easy to capture the changes with minimum changes in Netreo.
