This would allow customers to create maps that overlaid live weather data, for example, or show other kinds of geographically useful information in the same dashboard.
It could be downloaded and cached to overlay locally (updating every 15-30 minutes for example), or implemented as an external data/KML feed that was pulled on demand (slower)
