Currently, when a service check, threshold, or device that has a ServiceNOW webhook associated is deleted from Netreo, the ServiceNOW ticket will not get updated. The ServiceNOW ticket will remain open even though the incident closes in Netreo.
For example, a device goes 'Host Down' and creates an incident in Netreo and creates a SNOW ticket as well. If this device becomes 'Host Up', then the incident closes and the SNOW ticket updates to Resolved. However, if while the device is 'Host Down', it is deleted, then the incident will close in Netreo and there will be no update to the SNOW ticket.
It would be beneficial if the SNOW ticket was updated with a note informing that the device has been deleted.
