Currently, there is a delay in the Tactical Overview. They viewed a device that showed a service check critical in the overview page, however, when they clicked on the device dashboard, the service check had recovered.
It would be extremely beneficial to have the information displayed in the Tactical Overview synced more accurately in situations where the widget is used in NOC views.
