Allow restricting Geographic or Topology map to a category, site, or functional group.

Options to specify a Geographic or Topology map to a category, site or functional group is beneficial for the following reasons:

* They don't want to see 1,000 of devices across the world. This is hard to manage.
* Would like to focus on the team that has access to the devices. This will allow a certain team or department to focus on the devices they are responsible for.

Would also like to show critical links for specific teams to monitor on the Geographic map. For example, a link between a datacenter and Amazon AWS to show if the link is up or down. Creating this using a Custom Map is way too much work and it does not allow live links that show if it is up or down.
