Add service-oriented monitoring and true SLA monitoring/reporting

Increasingly customers are requesting 'service oriented monitoring' where we can define a specific critical path to monitor. This is similar to business workflows but needs slightly more advanced logic, for example:

The service is OK (Available) IF Server_A-ServiceA OR Server_B-ServiceA are up AND Server_C-ServiceC AND Server_D-ServiceD are UP.

This becomes a red light/green light check against the service logic. You can then run TIS/SLA reports for the 'service' to show availability over time or view heatmaps for availability.
