Reqest to be able to take the IN/Out and make it one value of the total bandwidth of both the In and Out combine.
This would make only one average value showing the total of In and Out.
This owuld be thought of as an executive view not an engineer view.
Executive wants to know % Utilization overall not what is happening on the inbound and what is happening on the outbound.
