Report that shows frequency & (count) of recurring incidents.

The ability to have a report/analysis during a certain period of time, and show the frequency & (Count) of recurrent incidents, including closed and active ones.

For example, during the past 60 days incident A occurred 3 times, incident B occurred 5 times, etc. In hopes to see frequent alerts that may need to be re-configured.
