collect ping data for latency reporting from Omnicter to devices interface ip's

Customer has two wan interfaces that have public ip's, from different ISPs, on the gateway routers at their remote locations. They would like as part of the device to have ping data from OmniCenter to the public addresses of these interfaces for history and threshold latency
