Add hop-by-hop analysis for mail synthetic transactions
We have all this data in the mail header as far as all the hops and how long each hop took - we should parse that data and report on things like path changes, number of hops, slowest hop, etc.
Provide a method to test individual WebArt synthetic check step by step
Client is not sure if the check works properly until it's created and gets error message. Being able to test manually will help let client know check was configured properly.
